Our professionally decorated 3 bed 2 baths home resides in the exclusive private development of Westridge and is located only 15 minutes or less to the Disney theme parks, numerous golf courses, countless area restaurants, shopping and activities.
Master bedroom
A queen size bed, television, clock/radio, hairdryer and a phone. For your added comfort we also have a ceiling fan. Tons of storage space i.e. double dresser with mirror and two bedside chests and a walk in closet. A door leading to the en-suite which has a double sized shower, toilet and washer basin with cupboard space below. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, ample wardrobe and drawer space, Bedroom 3 has twin beds and ample wardrobe and drawer space.
Kitchen
Off the dining room is a fully fitted luxury kitchen, which is well equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, double sink, garbage disposal, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. In addition to the electrical appliances outlined above, the kitchen contains a full set of crockery, cutlery, glassware, saucepans, storage jars etc. providing you with all your needs for wining and dining.
Laundry facilities
A large washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
All bed linen and towels are supplied and hairdryers are provided in each of the bathrooms.
Pool
you will probably want to spend most of your time outside relaxing by the private 28’ x 14’ south-facing screened pool, drenched in sunshine most of the day and floodlit at night. At cooler times of the year there is the option of having the pool heated. The large pool deck has a range of comfortable patio furniture and a poolside shower room in which to get changed.
Fire & Safety
Needless to say the villa is licensed and equipped to meet all fire and safety requirements. And of course there is a local management company on call 24 hours a day, who will ensure that your stay is relaxed and trouble-free.
Leisure
Imagine relaxing in your very own private tropical pool oasis as the warm Florida sunshine and gentle breezes carry all of your cares away. Your children are sure to sleep well after having the time of their lives laughing and playing in the pool and also the games room area complete with pool table and air hockey. Oh, and by the way, don’t forget about the outdoor gas barbecue for economical outdoor cooking “Florida style”, also for those very hot days and evenings there is a large fan over hanging the seating area to keep you cool.

Our beautiful self-catering villa is situated in manors of Westridge, one of Orlando’s most sought-after and prestigious communities and is just 12 minutes from Walt Disney World and other major attractions.
Our spacious holiday villa sleeps 6 people (plus baby) and is available for rental year round. It is located on the Highway 27 and minutes from the I-4 and 192. Shops, Restaurants and Supermarkets are available nearby.
The estate boasts its own private clubhouse which has been designed with holiday makers in mind and is for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests. You can choose to host gatherings on the veranda for your friends or have a quick dip in the spacious swimming pool.
The clubhouse is complete with lounge, large screen TV’s, exercise room, reading room and other facilities perfect for entertaining your family and friends.
